The O3 Automatization System

The system provides a complete solution for automatization development teams. The O3 System is original and irreplaceable by other automatization systems. It provides a development support from a proper automatization computer (PLC) with the original operating system MIIOS, through a graphical development environment with a complete simulator, to a dispatcher and processing visualisation.

It provides a complete environment for Big Technology, in case for a complex robotic object. With its abilities of rapid interaction with its robust configuration and a widespread utilization of processing data does not have a concurrence in its price category. In a combination with a comfortable development environment and a prompt watching system it leaves considerably more expensive systems simply far behind.

The system is now in an intensive probing phase in a template project and further details will be gradually completed here. In case of your interrest feel free to contact us at address given below.

The O3 Configuration

  1. The O3mach. Automatization Computer
    1. Control unit
      1.  CPU Intel Quark SoC
        1.  Frequency of 100, 200, 300 or 400MHz optional according to the load
        2.  The Pentium instruction set without the MMX support
        3.  2x UART, 2x SPI, 2x I2C, Ethernet 10/100 Mbps
      2.  RAM memory of 256 MB
      3.  ESRAM memory (cache) of 512 kB
      4.  Flash memory of 4 MB
      5.  SD Card of 64 GB

    2. Program equipment
      1.  Operating system MIIOS (Memory, Interrupt and Input Output System)
        1.  PCI communication support
        2.  Support of exceptional technical interrupts
        3.  Ethernet, SPI, I2C drivers
        4.  Flash memory and SD card drivers
        5.  Task manager

    3. Input/output modules
      1.  Basic
        1.  32x digital output
        2.  32x digital input
        3.  16x analog current/voltage output of 12 bits resolution and a polarity bit
        4.  13x analog current/voltage input of 12 bits resolution and a polarity bit
        5.  2x impulse input up to 16kHz
        6.  1x impulse input up to 32kHz
        7.  1x security digital input
This is led ti the highest priority input (NMI).
        8.  1x security analog current/voltage input
Exceeding/falling under the input value will cause an exception of the second highest priority.
        9.  500 microseconds measuring/controlling cycle

      2.  DExpand. Basic, to which it's added
        1.  32x digital iutput
        2.  32x digital input

      3.  AExpand. Basic, to which it's added
        1.  16x analog current/voltage output of 12 bits resolution and a polarity bit
        2.  16x analog current/voltage input of 12 bits resolution and a polarity bit
    4. The DExpand or the AExpand module can be added to the Basic module. O3mach can serve an "unlimited" number of Basic modules with these additional ones. Yet every Basic module has a time requirement of 500 mikroseconds for every measuring/controlling cycle. The processing goes paralelly, so further timing requirements are not considerable, the processing program is mush faster than I/O operations. Further special I/O modules are now in a process of development.

For your repeated product we will prepare your optimum I/O konfiguration, that will be much more acceptable in terms of expenses and in-service run, with favour.

  2. Service programs
    1.  Graphical development environment O3devel
      1.  Design of a program for the O3mach in graphical symbols
      2.  Resolution of program blocks groups (initial, periodical, exceptional, interrupt-serving, module and terminating).
      3.  Complete simulator O3mach in a PC.
      4.  Stepping and process watching in O3mach.

    2.  Dispatcher visualization and service control O3disp
      1.  Support of technological figures and sub-figures of the O3mach station
      2.  Support of multiple stations
      3.  Continuous watching via an Ethernet network
      4.  Continuous archivation of obtained data

    3.  Processing visualisation O3ofc
      1.  Graphical and table outputs of archivation data O3disp, online access (until now, in the very last moment).
      2.  Processing of more dispatching systems O3disp
